We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the actions, omissions, or representations made by third-party organizers of these decentralized events. Participation in these events is at your own risk, and you agree that Israel Tech Week LLC is not liable for any claims arising from such participation.

Ticket Purchases
3.1 Third-Party Ticketing Platform
All ticket sales for Israel Tech Week events are processed through Lu.ma. For more information, please review Lu.ma's Terms and Policies. By purchasing tickets, you agree to Lu.ma's terms and policies, which are available on their platform.
3.2 Refund Policy

Full Refund: Available up to 30 days before the event (by February 26, 2025).

50% Refund: Available after 30 days but before the first day of the event (by March 26, 2025).

No Refunds After Event Starts: No refunds will be issued after March 27, 2025, the first day of the event.
Ticket Transfer Policy:

Transferable Tickets: Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event (by March 20, 2025).

ID Verification Required: All attendees must present a valid ID that matches the name on the ticket.

3.3 Complimentary Admissions
Israel Tech Week LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue complimentary or discounted tickets to certain individuals, including but not limited to speakers, marketing partners, dignitaries, media representatives, and industry leaders. Complimentary access is provided as a courtesy and may be used to support event visibility, marketing outreach, or goodwill with community stakeholders.
In addition, participants and industry partners involved in specific vertical-focused events (such as healthtech, fintech, AI, mobility, etc.) may receive complimentary admission to those tracks as part of Israel Tech Week's programming model. These allocations are by design and intended to promote collaboration, accessibility, and value creation within the respective verticals.
The issuance of complimentary or subsidized tickets does not entitle the recipient to any additional benefits, nor does it affect the validity or value of paid tickets. The existence of complimentary or free access shall not serve as grounds for a refund, price adjustment, or claim by any other ticket holder.
3.4 Publicly Accessible Events
Portions of Israel Tech Week 2025 may include open-access events that are free to the general public. These may include outdoor activations, sponsor-hosted sessions, or community-led gatherings that do not require ticketed entry.
Ticket holders acknowledge and accept that some events may be publicly accessible and that the existence of such free programming does not entitle them to any discount, refund, or special access. Attendance at all segments—free or ticketed—is governed by these Terms of Use and the event Code of Conduct.
3.5 Event Modifications and Cancellations
Israel Tech Week LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify up to twenty-five percent (25%) of scheduled programming, speakers, or sessions due to operational needs, speaker availability, health or safety concerns, or factors beyond our control. Such modifications may be made without prior notice and shall not entitle ticket holders to a refund, rebate, or any form of compensation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Sponsorships
4.1 Sponsorship Agreements
Israel Tech Week offers sponsorship opportunities for businesses and organizations. Each sponsorship is governed by a separate agreement outlining the specific terms, benefits, and obligations of both parties.
4.2 Sponsor Interactions
Sponsors may interact with attendees through various channels, including but not limited to booths, presentations, and digital platforms. Any interactions with sponsors are subject to the terms specified in the respective sponsorship agreements.
4.3 Sponsor Content
Sponsors participating in Israel Tech Week may provide content, materials, or services during the event. While we strive to partner with reputable sponsors, Israel Tech Week LLC does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content provided by sponsors.

Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Israel Tech Week LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Prohibited Use

6A. Security and Event Entry Protocol
For the safety and security of all attendees, Israel Tech Week 2025 will implement on-site screening procedures. All attendees, regardless of ticket type, must adhere to the following:

Present a valid, government-issued photo ID for verification at check-in;

Submit to a bag check by event security personnel; and

Display an event-issued badge while on event premises.
Refusal to comply with these procedures may result in denial of entry or removal from the event. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to these safety measures. Israel Tech Week LLC reserves the right to enforce these protocols and refuse entry to anyone deemed to pose a safety or security risk.

Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
7.2 Dispute Resolution Process
Disputes shall be resolved through the following process:

Negotiation: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.

Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation conducted in Miami, Florida.

Binding Arbitration: Should mediation not resolve the dispute, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These causes may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet outages, power failures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, Israel Tech Week LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any portion of the event without liability. Ticket holders shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, or compensation for any such cancellation or alteration caused by force majeure.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. -
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Israel Tech Week LLC regarding your use of the Website and participation in our events. -
